Responsibilities
Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
Rapidly develop impactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences.
Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmap for growth.
Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis.
Collaborate closely with a team of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
Strong PLG mindset and appetite to focus on business metrics rather than owning one customer problem or area
Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.
Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth.
Prior knowledge of B2B experience, SEO knowledge, and expertise in optimizing SEO and conversion funnels is a plus.
Previous experience in Marketing and project management positions.
