We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to join our fast-growing payroll SaaS team, with a specific focus on the Brazilian market. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our product and operations, ensuring our payroll platform remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with the needs of local users. • 5+ years in payroll operations or equivalent payroll roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Brazil payroll legislation and practices.

  • Prior experience working with or managing payroll software platforms

  • Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

Skills & Competencies
