We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Management Expert to manage, maintain, and optimize our virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and device management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMware Horizon, VMware Workspace ONE, and associated tools to ensure a seamless and secure user experience across endpoints. This role is critical in supporting our enterprise IT strategy, enhancing user productivity, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• VMware Horizon VDI Management:
o Design, deploy, and maintain VMware Horizon infrastructure to support virtual desktops and applications.
o Optimize VDI performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
o Collaborate with application teams to ensure compatibility and performance within the VDI environment.
• Workspace ONE Administration:
o Configure and manage VMware Workspace ONE for unified endpoint management.
o Oversee enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle management of mobile and desktop devices.
o Implement security policies and compliance standards across all endpoints.
• Technical Support and Maintenance:
o Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of endpoint-related issues.
o Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades for VMware Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.
o Monitor system health and performance using appropriate tools and technologies.
• Documentation and Compliance:
o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design diagrams, procedures, and support guides.
o Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and corporate security standards.
• Collaboration and Training:
o Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align endpoint management strategies with business goals.
o Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on VDI and device management solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in managing VMware Horizon VDI and VMware Workspace ONE environments.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking concepts.
• Experience with endpoint security, patch management, and compliance requirements.
• Industry certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Workspace ONE certification are a plus.
