Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, this role is highly analytical, guiding pricing and sales strategies, developing forecasts, and collaborating with various departments to drive revenue growth. The position focuses on using analytics to optimize revenue and profitability to drive the overall financial performance of the business. This is an on-site role requiring relocation.ESSENTIAL DUTIESGeneral Responsibilities• Analyze and optimize performance metrics, ensuring revenue targets are met.• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement pricing, inventory, and sales strategies.• Manage daily rates, inventory, and sales strategies for lodging and lift lines of business using various systems.• Develop and manage lodging revenue budgets and forecasts.• Provide insights for marketing and sales to ensure alignment of revenue strategies through all channels.• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate revenue projections.• Continuously improve reporting and analytics tools to support business goals.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• 2-3 years of revenue management experience or 5 years of experience in a revenue analytics or similar role.• Working understanding of Revenue/Yield Management concepts.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.• actionable strategies.• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL and other advanced analytical tools.• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.• Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for Business Data Analysis, Statistics, Finance, Strategy, or Economics.Preferred Experience:• Hospitality or mountain resort industry experience.• Familiarity with revenue management systems and pricing processes for unique products.The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees.
