As a Key Account Associate, you'll be at the heart of our mission, managing a portfolio of national brands and enhancing our relationships with partners. Your role involves connecting with restaurant owners and franchisers, maximizing brand coverage, and onboarding new eateries with ease. You’ll unleash new growth by sourcing promotional campaigns and boosting our partnerships' visibility. You'll also devise corrective action plans to streamline operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Reporting weekly to your managers will keep everyone informed of the great work you’re doing. Collaboration is key at Deliveroo; you’ll work alongside marketing and operations teams to make sure we’re always improving. We’re looking for someone with at least a year of client management experience, who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and loves taking initiative.
