(Senior) Technical Project Manager - Vendor Growth & Sales Operations

We are seeking a (Senior) Technical Program Manager to join our Vendor Management team. In this role, you will make a big impact on the design, architecture and implementation of the global vendor self onboarding and self service initiatives. We are looking for someone who will help develop the scalable and performant environment to support the growing vendor ecosystem across our markets.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management capabilities, outstanding communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key technical initiatives that enhance our solutions and drive business growth.

Your mission

• Evaluate, coordinate, and drive the capitalization of all projects and features developed for our vendors, along with rollouts across other entities.

• Drive, support, and oversee the work of our top engineers within the tech council, including designing and tracking project progress to ensure timely and effective execution.

• Act as the technical project manager for cross-tribe initiatives, engaging multiple stakeholders from tech, product, data, and design teams.

• Plan, organize, and execute tech-related initiatives, such as: Tech all-hands meetings, OKr and Strategy planning, Tech offsites, Architecture reviews

• Track and proactively improve key KPIs related to: Personnel and personal costs, Financial expenditures, Cloud-related costs

• Proactively identify potential issues, risks, and areas for improvement across all managed projects.

• ​​​​​5+ years of experience in technical program management, specially guiding technical teams.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

Nice to have: 

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

• Knowledge of CRM systems, Web & Mobile applications, data processing/analytics, or big data technologies in the context of sales and customer relationship management
