FP&A Director (GTM & Sales)

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key financial advisor to GTM teams
- Build and maintain financial models for sales capacity planning
- Lead development of revenue forecasting models
- Collaborate on incentive compensation plans
- Lead budgeting and planning processes for GTM departments
- Monitor performance against KPIs
- Support pricing and deal structures
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis
Education
- Bachelor's degree
- CPA/CFA preferred
