Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee experience
Foster a culture of engagement, growth, and well-being among faculty and staff
Collaborate on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Develop resources for staff and report to the Vice President of People Experience
Oversee policy interpretation and implementation ensuring fair and consistent application
Provide guidance on complex employee matters and conduct thorough investigations
Conduct exit interviews and advise on culture improvement based on feedback
Serve as the Talent Partner for Democracy Prep’s Las Vegas region
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree preferred
