We are looking for a Desktop Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and providing general maintenance of desktop computers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Required Skills:
- Windows 10 Enterprise Experience.
- Microsoft cloud experience such as Office 365.
- Microsoft Teams experience
Preferred Skills:
- Okta / Multiple Factor Authentication
- Experience Supporting iPhones
Job Description:

- 2 - 5 years' experience in IT Services field in a medium or large enterprise.
- Clearly spoken individual with a smiling and friendly demeanor.
- Team player with good sense of urgency and eagerness to assist clients.
- Experience working with walk-ins such as we do in our Technology Lounge.
- Comfortable providing support over the phone.
