Are you a Social or Human Services professional who is passionate about developing strong families in the community? Are you dedicated to promoting the safety and well-being of children? If so, then consider joining Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health as a WRAP Specialist!

 

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides child welfare case management services for children and families, to ensure a community without abuse, neglect and abandonment. Based out of Orlando, FL, this position is responsible for:

  • Engaging in the community, presenting and facilitating Family Team Conferences and maintaining relationships with all vested stakeholders.
  • The ultimate goal is to link children and their families to specific service delivery systems that are responsive and flexible. 

Position Details:

Salary:  Starts at $18.00 (set rate)

Schedule: Full time; Flexible schedule to accommodate families scheduled; this is NOT a 9-5 position

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Criminology, Juvenile Justice, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education, Education, Human Development, Child Development, Family Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, and/or Nursing required

Experience Required:

  • Certified as a Targeted Case Manager (CBHCM) preferred
  • One year experience working with families and children OR
  • One year experience working with child welfare and data management systems OR
  • One year experience working in a mental health, substance abuse, solution focused framework and/or wraparound

Other Requirements:

  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include: Drug Test & TB Test
