Digital Marketing Manager, Social (Remote - US)

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audience. This includes managing the company's social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, and engaging with followers. The Digital Marketing Manager will also be responsible for organizing and hosting webinars, as well as managing and growing online communities. In addition, this role will involve some light project management tasks, such as coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing timelines.

What you get to do every day

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Create and schedule engaging and relevant content for social media platforms
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
• Organize and host webinars on relevant topics for our target audience
• Manage and grow online communities, including moderating comments and promoting community engagement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
• Manage timelines and project plans for social media campaigns and initiatives
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

What you bring to the role

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with webinar hosting and online community management
• Experience with marketing to businesses and/or financial service products a plus
• Project management skills and experience
• Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hootsuite)

Compensation - The salary range target for the role seniority described in this job description is $73,000 - $100,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, or sales compensation.
