Digital Program Manager, Portals

As a key member of the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) Programs Team, you will be responsible to understand Business needs around the Philips HS portals and these touchpoints are key channels that enhance Philips engagement with customers and drives new business opportunities.

Your role:

• Your role has an E2E responsibility around specific Portals (My P4P, Customer Portals, etc) and its performance and will influence the Digital Integrated Strategy among businesses by translating their needs around HS portals to deliver business performance: Engagement, Orders and Sales.
• Work closely with the MarTech team, activation team and web team to identify capability requirements and IT capacity to execute updates on the different Portals and acts as a key member of the Philips Single Sign-On One Identity program.
• Identifies cross business opportunities for co-investment and joint capability building.
• Owns setting standards and implementing best practices for Portals as well as develops consistent communication processes to ensure global alignment on program performance.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, especially around Digital Program management our similar roles. Experience with Portals preferred.
• Your skills include digital marketing strategy, web strategy and execution, ability to negotiate and manage a diverse set of global stakeholders and strong analytics capabilities.
• You have a BA degree, MBA preferred in a related field.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position
