Senior Product Manager - job 1 of 2

At Digital Turbine, we make mobile advertising experiences more meaningful and rewarding for users, app publishers, and advertisers — intelligently connecting people in more ways, across more devices. We provide app publishers and advertisers with powerful ads and experiences that captivate consumers, fuel performance, and help telecoms and OEMs supercharge awareness, acquisition, and monetization. In a rapidly evolving industry, we are constantly innovating and creating better paths of discovery to connect consumers, publishers, and advertisers across the mobile ecosystem.

Position Overview:

Do you have a proven track record building AdTech products that unlock value for advertisers? Are you motivated by empowering organizations and customers to make better, data-driven decisions? When someone shares a problem, do you push past the constraints that everyone else accepts “because it’s always been that way”, and ask “why?”  If so, this role may be for you. Join us as we tackle complex challenges to evolve solutions in the digital advertising ecosystem.

The Senior Product Manger will research, analyze, strategize, plan, and execute the roadmap for On Device Campaign Management. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of digital advertising campaigns - how they are created, managed and optimized. You will be the SME on delivering value for both performance and brand advertisers. You will make recommendations to connect into the company strategy, and spearhead the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Product Manager:
  • Set the near term product vision and roadmap for On Device Campaign Management.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to release to growth, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, keep stakeholders informed.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within specified timelines.
  • Define product requirements and translate into user-centric stories.
  • Groom and maintain a backlog of prioritized initiatives.
  • Drive the adoption of tools and features with operations teams and customers.
  • Build commercial plans, write documentation, lead training, and ensure the success of your products.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance metrics to iteratively evolve product functionality.

Qualifications of the Senior Product Manager:
  • 5+ years in product management for a fast-growing mobile and/or AdTech software company.
  • Technically grounded but with a highly developed commercial mindset.
  • Proven track record designing, shaping, and bringing successful enterprise software products to market.
  • Deep understanding of advertising technologies, ad serving, programmatic advertising, and mobile advertising ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Android development and frameworks, coupled with a thorough grasp of Android OS architecture and limitations.
  • Prefer experience working with mobile carriers and/or OEMs in the Android ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in Agile/ Scrum environments.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts, simply, to all stakeholders.
  • Ability to think big, but execute a phased and measured approach to achieve that vision.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong reliance on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership skills with a knack to foster consensus among diverse teams.
