Corporate Associate

Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Associate for a global law firm in their Corporate Practice for their Los Angeles, CA office.

   

Job Requirements     

  • 5-7 years of experience in general corporate practice
  • Private equity, capital markets, securities, and/or mergers and acquisitions experience
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent communication, drafting skills, team oriented
  • Capable of taking on significant responsibility for drafting primary deal documents, leading complex diligence, deal management (including managing junior associates and internal specialist teams)
  • Able to take on client interaction and significant work product.      

A resume, deal list, and transcript, in PDF format are required for submission

Compensation and Benefits:

 

The expected pay range for this position is:

$250,000 - $400,000

Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus,
