Structured Credit Senior Associate Attorney/Of Counsel

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney with 7+ years of experience to join the highly ranked Structured Credit CLO practice of a leading Am Law 100 firm in New York. This role offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated finance transactions and collaborate with a Chambers-ranked team advising prominent international investment banks and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions, as well as cash, hybrid, and synthetic collateralized debt obligations
  • Advise on asset-based lending transactions (both bilateral and syndicated) and other advanced securitization and finance transactions
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team on innovative and market-leading structured credit solutions

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of significant experience with CLOs, securitizations, and asset-based lending
  • Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing
