PURPOSE: Develops and executes the annual business plan to drive profitable growth of the EV Charging Solutions business line.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishes the long-term strategy for the business line.
  • Sets annual sales targets.
  • Works with sales management to communicate, activate and achieve sales objectives.
  • Creates relationships with customer and distribution partners.
  • Works with Operations and R&D to accelerate organic growth.
  • Creates the product line roadmap including new product development, mature product promotion, and maintenance of the product line.
  • Manages the continuous market research process to capture voice of the customer, industry trends, competitive intelligence, and business trends.
  • Proposes data-driven product improvements or new product development to drive incremental sales and profit and works with dedicated engineering team throughout the new product development process.
  • Creates new product launch strategies and partners with sales, marketing, R&D, and other cross-functional teams on commercial implementation.
  • Collaborates with product management and marketing to communicate the value proposition of products in literature, digital advertising, product promotions, and other marketing collateral.
  • Leverages sound financial acumen to monitor portfolio performance and help make strategic decisions to enhance performance of the product line.
  • Provides support to commercial team and customers through all sales channels to monitor and grow sales.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 10+ years of EV Charging/Industry experience.
  • 10+ Years of Electric Vehicle Industry and related products and procedures experience required
  • Demonstrated success in the development and execution of significant programs driving profitable growth
  • Ability to grasp technical details • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrate a strong business acumen or the desire to learn relatively quickly
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
  • Fluent in all Microsoft Office applications and SAP or the ability to learn quickly
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time
  • Selected candidate’s Job Level and Pay Grade will be determined based upon qualifications and experience
