We are looking for an impactful and dynamic Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, who will aid in the conceptualization and execution of company-wide DEI strategies, programs, and initiatives. Your primary role will be to help foster and reinforce an environment that values and embraces diversity and promotes inclusivity across our company, industry, and the communities we operate in. You will collaborate with company executives and leaders to develop and execute a visionary DEI strategy that drives transformative change throughout the organization.
What you'll do:
Drive towards several major goals and outcomes, including increased representation in leadership, equitable employee movement, equitable employee engagement and pay equity.
Collaborate with leadership to define and deliver ServiceTitan’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals and strategies into programmatic outcomes and an implementable roadmap
Maintain the continuity of existing DE&I efforts while also crafting new initiatives that are innovative in approach and scale
Direct DE&I data and reporting, such as developing reporting systems, dashboards and presentations for key stakeholders
Track DE&I key performance indicators, highlighting progress and identifying areas of opportunity
Leverage data insights to validate use cases and make informed decisions about the direction of our initiatives
Drive DE&I program objectives through program management and defined project plans; manage implementation activities, and aid in the development process, documentation, and communications for rollouts and ongoing support
Prepare and facilitate DE&I trainings for select leadership development programs
Organize and contribute to Employee Resource Groups summits, and other events to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
Support/empower Employee Resource Groups through executive leadership and general strategic input
Collaborate with HRBPs, Total Rewards, and the Talent organizations to ensure applicable DE&I strategies are incorporated into all programs and activities in the talent lifecycle
Effectively communicate with audiences at all levels of the organization, from executives to individual contributors
Proactively identify risks/issues, provide solutions, and overcome hurdles to drive results
Contribute to additional projects as needed by the company and/or department
What you'll bring:
Experience
Executive Engagement: Experience working closely with cross functional leaders to identify opportunities for change and growth that are rooted in data. Skilled at having candid conversations in a diplomatic and professional manner, with focus on building support and understanding
DE&I Business Acumen: Possesses valuable DE&I expertise to drive strategic and long range business plans. Knowledge, insight and understanding of business concepts, functions, tools, processes and metrics and ability to apply this knowledge to diverse situations to deliver value-added solutions
Company Experience: Hands-on experience, working in a fast-paced and high growth company environment
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track record of using data and metrics to evaluate needs, drive change and measure impact; ability to synthesize data to calculate outcomes and identify trends
Program Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop, promote and implement initiatives and programs with flawless execution
Leadership Skills
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships across the organization and operate with the highest level of integrity. Conveys a balanced and alternative point of view to better the business and add value
Excellent communication skills to influence and partner with individuals at all levels; listening with empathy and speaking with impact
Effective team building and management skills, with focus on change management. Ability to effectively build, manage and lead the DE&I team
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to set priorities, planning, implementation, and structure project deliverables
Critical thinking skills and the drive to always continue improving

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $150,000 - $216,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
