A successful Inclusion Recruiting Operations Sr Program Manager will bring a combination of talent, diversity and inclusion expertise and strong Program/Project Management skills. The ability to connect people & ideas across multiple teams is critical. The ideal candidate will also need to be analytical, and detail oriented with a focus on building a strong operational foundation for our Inclusion and Recruiting partnerships. As a member of Recruiting Operations, you will embed yourself deeply as a partner to the IDP team (Inclusion, Diversity & Purpose) and be the glue that creates a magical partnership! This includes being a key point of contact and partner for all of our events and IDP related vendors. Establishing key metrics and reporting to the business, establishing structure and cadence for reporting, and tracking team projects. You will partner closely with key partners externally and internally to the company, including IDP, Recruiting, People Operations, and Legal to... implement enterprise wide, consistent inclusion recruiting operating practices. What you'll be doing Partner closely with our Inclusion, Diversity and Purpose (IDP) team to identify and establish partnerships with underrepresented communities expanding our candidate pools Build solutions to close gaps related to underrepresented minorities recruiting challenges and candidate experiences Benchmark, measure and report using data the impact of success and newly created programs Own and execute enterprise level projects specific to inclusive hiring processes and operations. Work with IDP team and Recruiting Operations to build out and drive regular Business Reviews with leadership Consistently identify and make recommendations for areas of improvement from a process and operational standpoint. Evaluate, create, and implement operational and process improvements and enhancements. Reimagine recruiting programs to improve and standardized processes that support hiring a diverse workforce at scale Develop a deep understanding of Discord's recruiting practices for all teams and build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition leadership Enable and equip hiring managers, interviewers and the recruiting organization to ensure they operate utilizing best practices for evaluating and attracting diverse talent pools Anticipate diversity related business needs and identity opportunities of improvement What you should have Demonstrated experience in diversity recruiting, diversity program management or related, leading diversity programs at scale Ability to drive buy in from senior leadership and drive successful change management over time across multiple departments and geographies Ability to build a long-term roadmap and align a cross functional team to short- and long-term successful execution. Experience establishing strong cross functional relationships, understanding business needs and clarifying program/project requirements Experience building new programs, measuring impact of the programs and iterating on them to improve Ability to use data to measure success and report broadly impact and progress Has successfully supported recruiting teams in efforts to source underrepresented minorities and building diverse candidate pools In-depth knowledge of recruiting and candidate lifecycle Enjoys coaching and mentoring teams New York City residents only:
