Dishwasher Brunch concept in Fountain Valley

Hello! We are looking for a part time dishwasher to join our team. There are opportunities to grow into a prep cook, line cook, or FOH team member position in the future, but it is not required!

Artisan Cafe is a brunch concept and a partnership between Crema Cafe and 7 Leaves. Shifts are from 8am - 4pm or 10am - 4pm

No experience required

Responsibilities

• Follow all food and safety regulations in the kitchen area and immediately inform management if you see anything of concern
• Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware
• Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift and incoming guests by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc
• Unloading and storing deliveries
• Sweeping and mopping floors regularly, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans
• Maintains a calm and patient demeanor during periods of unusual events or high volume to set an example for the team and keep store operations running smoothly
• Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
• Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
• Other areas of responsibility as assigned by management

Experience

• No work experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking
• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs

Compensation

• $16.7 - 17.50 DOE
