HRIS Analyst
DLH delivers improved health and national security readiness solutions. They seek an HRIS Analyst to enhance HCM systems and support comprehensive data analysis.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HRIS structure
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Ability to develop solutions for system issues
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Optimize HRIS System functionality
- Perform configuration for events and processes
- Conduct complex reporting and analysis of data
- Maintain tables and access/permissions in HRIS System
- Create and manage reports for stakeholders
- Support projects and process improvement initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's in human resources or business administration
- 4 years HR technology or data management experience
