Sourcer (Short-Term Position)

Meta is looking for a Sourcer to join our recruiting team. In this role you will work closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find untapped candidates.Sourcers conceive practical and creative ways to surface leading talent, and we invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged and diversity driven approach. The ideal candidate will have proven experience sourcing, recruiting and partnering with business stakeholders to hire top talent for Meta.This will be a short-term in office position intended to last no longer than 12 months to provide support to Meta’s existing Recruiting team.
