What will I be doing?
  • Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for Core Services - Finance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to build and maintain innovative, scalable, and user-friendly financial systems
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and roadmaps
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Continuously identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of financial systems through data-driven decision making


What skills do I need?
  • At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments, finance, treasury, or accounting domains
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury functions
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.
  • Fluent english and spanish are required
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products
  • Proven ability to find opportunities for improvements in business processes and drive the delivery of innovative solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Located in Argentina, Brazil, Spain or Uruguay
