3+ years experience in a customer-facing role in sales, customer success, or account management
Task management skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
Proven track record managing a large book of business
Passion for providing a great customer experience and building relationships
Experience working well with cross-functional teams and departments
Effective remote work experience
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve requests and complaints from both Partners and Direct customers
Engage with customers through their onboarding to advocacy journey
Collaborate with internal teams to drive cross-functional initiatives for the best customer experience possible
Analyze customer data to improve experience and sustain business growth
Document activities accurately in the Customer Success Platform
Host webinars and product demonstrations to increase engagement
