What you’ll... do
DocuSign is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager with a focus on demand generation for our strategic ISV partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP. This role is pivotal in driving targeted marketing initiatives to generate demand and accelerate revenue growth through these key partnerships.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Partner Marketing Director.
Responsibility
• Stay on top of the latest trends in demand generation and the broader tech industry, particularly as they relate to our ISV partners, to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts (e.g., Familiarity with the basics of software and artificial intelligence)
• Assist with strategy development and lead execution of a comprehensive demand generation strategy focused on our partnerships with Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP, including identifying target markets and buyer personas, setting lead generation goals to align with wider team and company goals, and figuring out optimal marketing mix to achieve these goals
• Design and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to each partner’s unique ecosystem and audience, using a range of channels including digital marketing, events, webinars, email marketing, and social media to generate leads and build sales pipeline
• Work closely with Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP Marketing teams to align on joint marketing plans, leverage co-marketing opportunities, and ensure brand consistency
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment
• Use insights to refine and optimize future campaigns
• Manage campaign spend to remain within stated marketing budget
• Review and adjust spending regularly to optimize marketing return on investment and meet financial objectives
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Product teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies, messaging, and lead follow-up processes
Job Designation

What you bring
Basic
• 8+ years in marketing with a focus on demand generation
• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
• Experience in markets outside of the U.S. and Canada
• Experience in partner marketing with Microsoft, Salesforce, and SAP or other large software companies
• Expertise in developing and implementing successful demand generation strategies in a B2B technology context
• Proficient in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., SFDC), and other technologies (e.g., Tableau) to lead campaigns and track performance
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners
• Creative problem solver with a track record of implementing innovative and effective marketing campaigns
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $118,300 – $182,775 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $111,600 – $153,525 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $111,600 – $162,625 base salary
