As a CSR, your day will revolve around brightening the customers’ experiences by greeting them with a friendly smile and answering their calls in a warm and inviting manner. You'll learn how to efficiently take orders using our Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring our customers get exactly what they want, right when they want it. But that’s not all! You’ll also partake in keeping our workspace tidy—folding boxes and doing some light cleaning—so that we maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.
