Titre: Coordonateur-rice du soutien logistique
Localisation:  Montréal (hybride)
Gestionnaire immédiate : Gestionnaire du soutien logistique 
 
Aperçu: 
Le-la coordinateur-rice du soutien logistique coordonnera/traitera toutes les demandes nécessitant des ajustements de facture et d'inventaire et gérera les retours (physiques ou virtuels) en gardant à l'esprit les besoins de nos client-es. En fonction de divers scénarios, le-la responsable de ce poste devra collaborer avec différents groupes d'affaires (plaintes liées à la qualité, service à la clientèle, finances en plus du département d’expédition des usines, entrepôt et convertisseurs.  
 
Responsabilités: 
  • Valider les demandes de crédit liées à l’inventaire : confirmer la disposition/l’emplacement de l’inventaire avant d’approuver la demande de crédit. 
  • Création d’une commande retour pour permettre la réception de l’inventaire dans plusieurs systèmes différents. 
  • Organiser le transport au moindre coût possible avec la meilleure efficacité en tenant compte des besoins de nos clients. 
  • Coordonner la disposition d’Inventaire endommager chez le client. 
  • En cas de besoin, aider avec d’autre tâches de support à la logistique. 
  
Compétences clés : 
  • Vous avez une excellent capacité de communication en anglais et en français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral ; 
  • Vous êtes reconnu-e pour vos excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse ; 
  • Vous êtes orienté-e vers le-la client-e et possédez de solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles et de communication. Vous travaillez bien en équipe ; 
  • Vous êtes très dynamique, dévoué-e, débrouillard-e et capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois. 
Qualifications minimales : 
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales ou l'équivalent. 
  • Vous avez un minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la logistique et du transport ou de la gestion de la clientèle.  
  • Connaissance de SAP, un atout considérable.   
 
Vous devez réussir un processus de sélection qui comprend des entrevues, des tests d’aptitudes (selon le poste) et une prise de références.

Title: Logistics Support Coordinator

Location:  Montreal (hybrid)

Reports to: Manager, Logistics Support

 

Overview:

The Logistics Support Coordinator will coordinate / process all requests requiring invoice and inventory adjustments and manage return (physically or virtually) keeping in mind our customer's needs.  Depending on multiple and various scenarios, this role will need to deal with multiple Business groups (Quality complaints, customer service, joblot resale, finance, mills-RRC-Converters at the shipping and receiving departments).

 

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Validate Inventory related Credit request:  Confirming the Inventory disposition / location before approving the request for Credit.
  • Creating a return order to permit Inventory reception in multiple systems.
  • Make transportation arrangement at the lowest cost possible and the best efficiency considering our customer’s needs.
  • Coordinating the disposition of Less then Prime Inventory on customer floors.
  • When needed, help with other Logistics Support tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal;
  • You are known for your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • You are customer oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills and you work well in a team environment;
  • You are very dynamic, dedicated, resourceful and able to multitask.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You hold a college degree or the equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of three (3) years related experience in Logistics and Transportation or Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of SAP, is considered an asset.

  

 

You must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews, aptitude tests (for some positions) and reference verification.
