We are seeking a Chemical Operator to join our facility in Leland, North Carolina. As a chemical operator, you will handle materials and operate equipment to control chemical reactions in a chemical processing plant. The operator monitors the production process to ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently. The role of the incumbent is to use knowledge and skills in operating chemical process equipment to fulfill the production needs of the organization and to perform those tasks as required by the operating instructions of each batch.

The hourly pay range for this non-exempt role is $20 to $21. Hourly rate offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis, and will vary based on the candidate’s skills, depth of experience and specific work location.
