Develop and manage the product roadmap: As the Product Management Lead, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strategic roadmap for our product. This includes identifying new features and enhancements that will drive business growth and improve the overall customer experience. Lead a team of product managers: You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives. Drive product innovation: In this role, you will be expected to continuously innovate and improve our product offerings. This may involve conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: As the Product Management Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of product initiatives. Monitor product performance: You will be responsible for monitoring key product metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive business growth.
