Strategic Partner Managers lead the relationship with merchant partners on an ongoing basis. They upsell incremental services, help businesses accelerate growth, improve operations, troubleshoot bugs, recommend marketing strategies, and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Skills
Empathy and adaptability to meet customer needs
Data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in Google Suite
Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Google Apps
Client management in small to mid-sized markets
Responsibilities
Manage merchant partners in the SMB restaurants vertical across the sales region
Present quarterly business reviews highlighting wins and opportunity areas
Minimize churn and redirect partners to expansion opportunities using DoorDash products
Test daily operational processes with data to keep merchants efficient
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure best merchant experience
