Job Description

Join our User Centric Spaces & Places (UCSP) team in Luxembourg! As a Workplace Consultant, you will be responsible for providing holistic consultancy on projects relating to new work environments, conference centers, state of the art meeting rooms - from conducting inventory and needs analyses up to handing over the projects, including but not limited to the following tasks: 

  • Develop usage and operational concepts as a planning foundation
  • Plan and coordinate relocations, including participation in user meetings, project meetings, and site inspections
  • Handle tendering and awarding of services (e.g., relocation execution)
  • Act as a project manager, ensuring goals are met and overseeing project control
  • Assist in acquiring mandates and processing projects, including report preparation
  • Work closely with the digital and multimedia team 

Qualifications

  • Degree in architecture, interior architecture, facility management, or a comparable qualification 
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the service sector, especially in workplace consulting or interior architecture 
  • Project management and leadership experience in developing modern office concepts is a plus 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit and MS Office, VectorWorks is a plus 
  • Fluent in German, English and French written and spoken
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
