Drone Pilot Operations Associate

Overview

The Drone Pilot Operations Associate will work with the Drone Operations team in optimizing the performance of the drone pilots related to EagleView Assess. This role will work to ensure all current and new pilots complete required onboarding, recurring requirements, scheduling, drone deployment and testing. This will ensure the end goal of delivering high quality services and deliverables to our customers is met, through meeting or exceeding specific performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand all Assess program requirements, including those established by carriers.

• Proactively track, measure, evaluate, and report field resource performance across various KPIs.

• Ensure all resources complete required onboarding and recurring requirements.

• Provide initial, recurring, and remedial training to individuals and groups.

• Review and assess deliverables for satisfaction of requirements and quality.

• Drone shipping, tracking in inventory report, and register with FAA.

• Provide troubleshooting support to Assess drone pilots in the field.

• Coordinate pilot scheduling when needed.

• Identify field resource performance opportunities and present to management as required.

• Collaborate with Drone Operations team members and other EagleView departments as needed to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field - business, finance, statistics, economics or purchasing.

• Must be adept at communicating and collaborating at many different levels.

• FAA Part 107 certification to fly drones as a commercial pilot preferred (training and certification offered via EV if you do not have already)

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Must be detail oriented and have strong written and analytical qualities.

• You share our values, and work in accordance with those values. Ability to analyze data and convey actionable insights to Customer Success Leadership.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Normal, corrective vision range; ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.

• Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, bend, and reach.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
