As a Program Director, you’ll be at the forefront of providing high quality, community-based support, directly influencing the well-being of those you serve. In this full-time role, you will not only supervise and train direct support professionals but also guide them to foster positive relationships with the individuals in our programs. Your day-to-day will involve crafting and implementing Individual Support Plans, managing program budgets, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
