What You’ll Do:

  • Workplace Training Content Strategy & Development

    • Lead a team of instructional designers, content creators, technologists, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop high-impact learning experiences and workplace training courses.

    • Ensure content is aligned competitively with industry best practices, compliance/regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in e-learning.

    • Evangelize, explore, and experiment with innovative generative-AI tools and proprietary platform technology to push the envelope on content production.

    • Establish scalable content production workflows, balancing speed, quality, and compliance needs.

    • Leverage data-driven insights on user engagement to enhance performance, quality and features within an evolving catalog of the world’s highest rated workplace training content.

    • Partner and build alignment with executives and cross-functional stakeholders to define a content roadmap and portfolio strategy.

    • Oversee localization and accessibility initiatives to expand content reach and inclusivity.

  • LMS Platform Management

    • Align learning content production with an ambitious LMS platform roadmap, ensuring that evolving learning experiences are delivered to exceed business objectives and user needs.

    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, and data teams to enhance platform functionality, improve learner engagement, and streamline content delivery.

    • Support market and user research to align content and platform strategy with evolving market trends in workplace training and AI-driven personalization features.

    • Support integrations with HRIS, compliance tracking, and other 3rd party partnerships.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, e-learning/online learning platforms, instructional design, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of managing SaaS platforms or LMS solutions with a focus on workplace training.

  • Strong understanding of learning technologies, SCORM/xAPI standards, and instructional design methodologies.

  • Experience, understanding and/or exposure working with compliance training content.

  • Ability to bridge the gap between content strategy and technology, ensuring an integrated approach to learning delivery.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform content roadmapping, and platform improvements.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus: Experience with AI-driven learning experiences, interactive/adaptive learning, or gamification.

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as OSHA, GDPR, or industry-specific regulatory training.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle best practices.
