Madden NFL has entertained fans over three decades with more than 130 million lifetime units sold.The main tasks for this position are feature-design and management of feature-implementation which incorporates the need to maintain relationships with internal and external developers and creatives. You will report to the Production Director of this game. As a work arrangement, you will be based either onsite in our Orlando office or work in a hybrid arrangement. If you are more interested in a remote arrangement, we still can get in touch and discuss the details.Your Responsibilities• You communicate ideas and updates to immediate team regarding tasks and priorities• You contribute to peer learning. You share knowledge with the team. You listen and value teamwork• You work to understand the product vision• You work with lead producers to understand priorities and goals• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate dependencies and deliverables.• Collate and report results back to lead producers.• Work with Production and Design teams on fleshing out and documenting design ideas.• Team up with Artists, Project Managers and Software Engineers to prototype and implement features as directed.Your Qualifications• Familiarity with game development/product management concepts• Exceptional analytical and quantitative forecasting/modeling skills with a focus on data-informed decision making.• Proven track record of developing or improving features for a consumer product• Highly desirable, but not essential: A passionate college football fan with a good understanding of the core mechanics of American football.• BA/BS, quantitative or technical degree (math, economics, engineering, or finance), or MBA a plus.Required Skills• Be passionate about, and represent the voice and needs of our players.• Implement a data driven culture of hypothesis, implementation, testing, validation, and iteration.• Good sense of execution, deadlines and quality levels for a feature• Ability to come up with and document creative ideas• Good eye for ''in-game'' quality and strong advocate for the end-user experience• Understand risks and constraints but does not allow this to be a barrier to decision-making.• A passion for games with a player first mentality.• Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability.• Ability to create wire-frames and product specifications.• Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff.• Must have the passion to self-motivate, the comfort with leveraging data to sell your ideas to other stakeholders, and the drive to execute those ideas cross-functionally.• Must love creating fun, compelling and engaging user experiences.• Passion for dissecting and analyzing games, systems and features, and core engagement loops.• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment, to thrive at an extremely fast pace and to find creative ways to get things done.• Experience managing and/or deep understanding of Sports games a plus.Note: Posting is subject to change so please refer to career site for latest availability (SBJ-G337).
