Position Overview
Element is looking for a DevOps Engineer with an unwavering passion for working in autonomous, self-directed teams to build complex systems using lean, agile mindsets—this means delivering incremental business value with each sprint and enabling options at all scales. For this project, you and your team will be operating and enhancing an enterprise platform to effectively consume and use the data to improve the healthcare experience of millions of Americans. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary, agile application development team tasked with operating and enhancing an enterprise government system. The project work is primarily remote but may require some client on-site work estimated at <10%.

You’ll work alongside talented DevSecOps Engineers, Full Stack Software Engineers, and Data Analysts, pushing the envelope in automation and infrastructure solutions while tackling a variety of technical challenges. We want someone who’s not only skilled in infrastructure-as-code with AWS CDK and Terraform but is also eager to learn and grow with us.
