Software Quality Assurance Auditor

The Software Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for evaluating the software development processes and products to ensure quality standards and compliance with established regulations and methodologies. You will collaborate closely with development teams and project stakeholders to implement effective quality assurance strategies and ensure continuous improvement in software quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of software development processes and practices to assess compliance with quality standards.
  • Plan, organize and schedule the Internal Quality audit and review the quality audit reports
  • Promote quality awareness and the concepts of continual improvements
  • Implements quality practice and enforces the required standards of quality, compliance, by conducting frequent audits bases on predefined criteria
  • Conducts periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of the SDLC implementation and its adequacy and address potential issues.
  • Maintenance of Overall Process compliance of the Software development projects.
  • Maintain Internal Compliance Reports according to predefined templates
  • Evaluate and report on software product quality through inspection and testing.
  • Provide feedback to the management about the performance of the quality system through the internal quality audit
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Create detailed reports on audit findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance auditing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Experience with software testing tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to software quality assurance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
