Pay Rate: $79 per hour
If you are an experienced Embedded Software Engineer looking for a position with a leading company, Bartech can help! We are a leading staffing firm, and our clients include some over the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for an Embedded Software Engineer. This is a contract position; however, it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.
Embedded Software Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as an Embedded Software Engineer will include:

• Support Test Equipment Development and Maintenance.
• Designs electrical test equipment for aerospace product.
• Support Chief Engineer in creation and update of equipment.
• Designs and updates of test control apparatus and equipment, and determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products.

Job Requirements
As an Embedded Software Engineer, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• LabVIEW Programming Experience
• MATLAB
• Reflective Memory
• Linux/Pharlap
• NI PXI Chassis with RTOS
• Motor Control Simulation on a FPGA (OPAL/RT)
• Compiling DLL and SO for MATLAB
• 3-5 years in test equipment is preferred.
• BS Degree in Electrical, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Must be experienced in
• National Instruments Run Time System
• Debugging electrical test equipment issues
• Wiring test stands
• Soldering
• Card installation (both HW/SW)
