Ready to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry?

We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we’ve become the world’s largest D2C sleep brand, available in over 35 countries with more than 25 stores across Europe. Recommended by leading consumer associations in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, we develop the best sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day.

At Emma, we are a community of smart, driven people, united by a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork, and knowledge sharing. We think big, take ownership, and are empowered to drive meaningful impact. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and continuous learning, we drive our own growth and learning. With Emmies from over 60 nationalities and offices across multiple regions, our diverse perspectives enrich our workplace culture. Ready to shape the future of sleep with us? Let’s make it happen!

At Emma, you’ll be part of an empowered data product team that develops, operates, and continuously improves our data infrastructure, and analytics capabilities to drive business impact.

What you'll do:
  • As a Staff Data Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for our data products, ensuring they support strategic business objectives across the organization.
  • You’ll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from discovery to delivery, ensuring scalability, usability, and long-term value.
  • You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders regarding data products, aligning priorities across departments.
  • You’ll drive the product discovery process, identifying the right problems to solve (the WHAT and WHY) and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams on solutions (the HOW).
  • You’ll maintain a well-prioritized roadmap with clear milestones, delivering high-impact data features and capabilities.
  • You’ll embrace agility by continuously refining your strategy and roadmap through iterative testing, feedback, and evolving business needs.
  • You’ll leverage data insights to drive business decisions and improve data accessibility, governance, and compliance.
  • You’ll influence others with your mindset and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Who we're looking for:
  • Proven experience: Several years of experience in data product management with a strong track record of building and scaling data products within an agile team.
  • Product discovery mindset: Strong background in data-driven product discovery, hypothesis validation, and working in a ‘dual-track agile’ environment.
  • Technical fluency: Ability to define and translate business needs into technical requirements for all data functions.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Expertise in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform priorities and measure success.
  • Outstanding communication: Ability to simplify complex data concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Data strategy expertise: Understanding of data infrastructure, analytics, governance, and how to build data products that drive business value.
  • Collaboration & leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across business, engineering, and analytics teams.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in highly dynamic, uncertain, and fast-paced environments, embracing agility and change.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Passion for pushing data capabilities to the next level, focusing on business outcomes rather than jst technical execution.
  • Language proficiency: Professional-level Business English is required.

What we offer:
  • A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.
  • A career development path tailored to your goals, with access to mentorship, training, and resources that will accelerate your professional growth.
  • The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects as part of a dedicated, international team.
  • A culture of collaboration and innovation, where you’ll have the freedom to implement new ideas, shape processes, and help build the DNA of a maturing company.
  • To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.
