- Build & Lead JFrog's employer strategy at the US swamps
- Drive JFrog's employer brand content strategy across all marketing channels, with emphasis on social media
- Lead storytelling, write creative and engaging content, and coordinate posts both on social media pages and on internal communication platforms
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR team to initiate, execute and optimize innovative recruitment marketing campaigns via social networks aiming to drive awareness and attract the best candidates to JFrog
- Contact employees in order to help them identify their unique voice, and tell their story on social media.
- Create, execute and manage brand awareness campaigns, content projects, and events to elevate the JFrog employer brand and narrative on candidate-facing channels including social channels, review sites, and social groups
- Proactively keep updated trends on digital and social media, act fast and initiate innovative timely communications
- Collaborate with multiple internal interfaces, external vendors, and agencies across our global locations
- Grow JFrog's online presence on various recruitment sites.
- Measure, analyze, and report on key metrics
- The skill to build a strategy and also be at the same time hands on.
- 3 plus years of experience in the related space
- The passion to share with the world JFrog's story as a workplace.
- Creative storyteller with exceptional writing skills
- Proven experience in content writing for different uses and platforms
- Proven experience in executing marketing projects and social media campaigns
- Native approach to social media and past experience with managing business pages and creating unique content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Past experience as a brand manager of consumers brand- an advantage
- Have an eye for design and a hand for Canva
- A solution-focused, can-do attitude, desire to win.
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…
- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $115,000 to $130,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more!
- Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
