Establish and maintain employer-client relationships at multiple levels

Provide program updates and address business concerns with clients regularly
Create and execute strategic retention and growth plans for assigned clients
Manage upsells of new product lines and renewals for current clients
Deliver on key KPIs including sales performance and relationship satisfaction
