As a Key Account Success Manager (x/f/m) at Doctolib, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our major clients in the healthcare sector, propelling digital transformation in this essential field. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with our Deployment and Sales teams to provide exceptional support and counsel to our esteemed clients, including clinics and medical care centers. After onboarding these key accounts, you’ll become their main point of contact, fostering robust relationships with clinic directors, medical leaders, and department heads. Your expertise will guide these clients in their strategic decisions through precise analysis and regular communication. You'll focus on optimizing product usage and delivering an outstanding experience, regularly assessing the needs of your clients and performing KPI analyses. Additionally, your keen ability to identify upselling opportunities will lead to collaborative success with the Key Account Sales team. Your passion for eHealth and your proactive, solutions-driven approach will significantly contribute to the evolution of our product offerings and the growth of the Key Account Success department.
