DLA Piper is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of labor and employment experience to join our San Francisco or Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate for this position in the firm’s newly created Transactions Specialist Group will have experience in corporate transactions and M&A and will also have experience advising management clients on a wide range of employment matters. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills. Candidates must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. We prefer candidates with relevant law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school.
In accordance with California’s Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position, if hired to work in California, is $250,000 – $370,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
