The ideal candidate must be educated to at least University level. Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Previous experience of working with HR database.
At least three years of experience in a Global Mobility role and a total five years of experience in relevant Human Resources roles.
Aware of International employment, immigration, taxation and social security legislation and related issues. Training in labour legislation, immigration, computers filing and maintaining filing systems, organising and human resources practices. Must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization. Must have managed for at least one year an external provider on an operational level and have implemented successfully one relevant projected within the agreed framework.
