Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

  • You'll contribute to building a strong and diverse talent pipeline by engaging with top talent through active sourcing. 

  • You’ll enhance candidate experience by seamlessly scheduling interviews communicating with candidates.  

  • By collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll gain hands-on experience in aligning recruitment strategies with business needs. 

  • By assisting with employer branding initiatives, events, and outreach activities, you'll enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. 

  • Your contributions to recruitment projects, will help optimise processes and improve the overall hiring journey. 

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

  • A passion for talent acquisition with a strong interest in the tech industry. 

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or employer branding (e.g., through internships or university projects) is a plus. 

  • You're currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related field. 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute ideas. 

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. (German is a plus)
