About the role: As a Senior Product Designer at Aircall, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centered solutions that are both beautiful and functional. Your expertise in UX/UI design and user research will help drive the overall vision and strategy of our product design efforts, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences for our users.


Your mission @Aircall:
  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product managers (PMs), engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that support Aircall’s strategy and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Conduct and actively contribute to user experience research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Be involved in project framing, from initial concepts to release, including leading workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams.
  • Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of our design system.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. 


What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience conducting and contributing to user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.


$120,000 - $185,000 a year
This is not including equity and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
