Collections Process Lead - French Speaker

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for Collections Process Leads - French Speakers for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring accounts and contacting clients (outbound calls, e-mails) to ask about their overdue payments
  • Investigating and resolving unapplied payments
  • Initiating refunds for the overpayments
  • Updating account status records and collection efforts
  • Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Languages: English and French (minimum level B2.)
  • Minimum 6 years of experience.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
