If you're a proactive problem solver with a flair for communication, Envision Employment Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you as a Collections Process Lead - French Speaker! This role is with one of our esteemed partners, a global powerhouse in consulting and digital transformation. In this position, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining healthy client relationships by monitoring accounts and reaching out to clients through friendly outbound calls and emails about overdue payments. You'll also be the detective of the team, investigating unapplied payments and initiating refunds for any overpayments. Keeping track of account statuses and collections efforts will be part of your day-to-day, alongside providing insightful reports on collections activity and accounts receivables status. To thrive in this dynamic environment, you need a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant experience, paired with excellent customer service skills and a strong command of both English and French. If you have a B2 level or higher in French, possess strong negotiation skills, and thrive as a team player, we want to hear from you!
