HR Service Delivery Manager- Talent Management

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager– Talent Management for one of our partners, a global leader in the chemical industry field.

Job Summary:

As a Service Delivery Manager – Talent Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Hiring, Pre-Employment, Onboarding and Offboarding services. This role requires good communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes particularly the administrative and operational aspects. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the effective operationalization of these processes.

You will report to the Head of Hire to Retire Service Delivery and you will manage a team of 5 Service Delivery Associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Operational management and oversight: Manage day-to-day operations and distribution of work amongst the team of 5 associates for recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management, onboarding and offboarding services. Ensure smooth and efficient execution of these processes to meet the company's staffing needs while also providing exceptional services for both new and departing employees.
  • Support & coordinate the processes for senior or executive hires/ leavers:
  • Directly support job-posting, interview (scheduling), offer management and onboarding processes, including coordinating orientation sessions, access provisioning and facilitating new hire paperwork and other Day 1 activities for senior or executive hires e.g., CXOs/ Business Leadership.
  • Support the offboarding process for departing senior executives, including scheduling exit interviews, access, and assets recovery, coordinating with relevant departments, and managing offboarding documentation.
  • Manage and respond to candidate and employee inquiries on recruitment, onboarding & offboarding (via ticketing service, by email or via phone) for senior or executive hires/ leavers.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and the company's policies particularly while handling candidate/ employee data.

  • Data oversight: Oversee the maintenance of HR data and records related to candidates/ employees/ leavers.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment efficiency, time-to-fill, and onboarding/offboarding effectiveness. Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with other HR stakeholders to operationalize solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

  • Escalation management: Serve as a point of contact for escalation for any requests, issues or concerns related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, and ensure timely resolution.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 8+ years in HR Administration, Service Delivery, or a related field, with a focus on Talent Management.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and data protection regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR-related software.
  • Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English language proficiency.

  • Skills:
  • Scope of work: Strong understanding, experience and working knowledge in Talent Management. Demonstrated expertise in managing and operationalizing end to end processes for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Team Management: Proven experience in leading and managing a team for Talent Management.
  • Process Proficiency: Deep understanding of Talent Management processes.
  • Technology Proficiency: Understanding of HRIS technologies and/or other relevant technology solutions required to operationalize recruitment, onboarding and offboarding services.
  • Analytical Ability: Ability to analyze and understand diverse talent management data and derive relevant insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance and identify bottlenecks and areas of improvements for each process.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English. Ability to articulate and present complex information in a concise and lucid manner.
