Description du poste

Aujourd’hui, nous sommes à la recherche d’un Business Developer H/F pour rejoindre l’entité EPSA Marketplace, prestataire de services en achat.

Dans ce cadre, vous :

  • Identifiez de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en Europe pour notre agence Française et Chinoise
  • Elaborez et mettez en œuvre une stratégie de prospection ciblée
  • Organisez des rendez-vous prospects et les transformez en clients
  • Développez une base clients solides, diversifiée et positionnez EPSA MARKETPLACE comme un partenaire stratégique dans le domaine des Opérations Techniques
  • Assurez le suivi et garantir la satisfaction clients
  • Mettez en place des actions de fidélisation et de développement
  • Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles qui apportent un soutien technique lors des entretiens clients
  • Veillez à une parfaite coordination entre les attentes des clients et les solutions techniques proposées
  • Fournissez des rapports réguliers sur les performances commerciales
  • Suivez les indicateurs clés

Qualifications

De formation Bac+3/5 en Commerce ou International Business, vous avez une expérience de 3ans minimum sur un poste similaire (idéalement internationale).

Votre maitrise des techniques de prospection et de négociation, ainsi que votre capacité à échanger en anglais (écrit et oral) seront nécessaires sur ce poste.

Enfin, vos compétences en développement d’activité, gestion de portefeuille client, votre connaissance des marchés européens et chinois, seront de véritables atouts sur ce poste.

Le petit plus : vous aimez travailler en équipe, en mode projet et êtes apte à évoluer dans un environnement multiculturel. Vous êtes familier avec les achats et/ou la vente de prestation de service.
