The Work


We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation and support group, you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within our organization. This position requires a deep understanding of system configurations and a strong ability to collaborate across departments.


The Core Responsibilities Of The Job:
  • Lead the email implementation and execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Collaborate with in-house creative teams to co-ordinate production of email design, subject lines and copy
  • Measure results and optimize campaigns through A/B testing in order to improve open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration processes
  • Design and build customer journeys within Microsoft Dynamics
  • Configure and manage push notification channels for mobile applications
  • Create and manage campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for leveraging Dynamics 365 across the organization


Let's Talk About You!
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Commerce or related experience
  • 5+ Years of B2C/B2B Email Marketing Experience
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and support is preferred
  • Experience with responsive HTML templates
  • Experience with CI Journeys and CRM functionalities in Dynamics 365
  • Experience in setting up and managing push notifications channels
  • Solid understanding of Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated and independent worker with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Effective planning and project management skills
  • A proactive and ambitious marketer who enjoys developing new solutions to challenging problems, and that can execute these ideas flawlessly
  • Finance Services experience would be an asset

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from Equitable Bank’s additional office space located at 351 King Street East, Toronto, ON.
