Job Summary

Supervision of ESD group and sanitation activities

Perform all related duties
Required Qualifications
-
One to Two Years of College (>31 semester hours) with at least three years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of experience = 1 year of education)

Ability to stay calm in stressful situations

Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
-
Willingness to follow and enforce strict performance, process standards and procedures

Excellent attendance and dependability

Human relations and delegation skills

Willingness to take classes and continue education

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

2 years experience in supervision in a manufacturing environment

Developmental Opportunity Class
-
Degree in Food Science and Technology, Business or related field or college level course work completed in Food Processing, Food Sanitation, Food Microbiology, and Safety Management
-
Mechanical aptitude
-
Excel, MSS, KRONOS, Workday

Knowledge of Managing Daily Improvement (Lean) principles
-
Training experience
Special
Must be willing and able to take additional training, travel, work long hours when necessary. Work additional days and different shifts, when needed.
